Karen Watts, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board

Karen Watts is the founder and CEO of Corefino Services, LLC, a 21st century model for accounting "in the cloud" via a bundled three-part people-place-thing solution paradigm. Known as a pioneer throughout the Silicon Valley financial community, Ms. Watts is the first to target a complete solution for strategic CFO's seeking to radically cut costs by eliminating technology and people redundancies. Her "Triple-C" (Connect-Correct-Comply) innovation is completely unique to Corefino: a Best Practices/workflow framework that operates with a variety of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based platforms.

Ms. Watts was named to the prestigious "2009 Women of Influence in Silicon Valley" list compiled annually by the Silicon/Valley San Jose Business Journal.

Prior to Corefino, Ms. Watts served as CFO or acting CFO of several venture-backed technology startups, including Scout Media Inc. (acquired by Fox Interactive Media in August 2005), Telesuite Inc., Rivals.com and Telocity Inc. (now DirectTV). She also held key management positions at Frontier GlobalCenter (now a division of Global Crossing) and Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers).

Ms. Watts serves on the board of the Children's Hospice and Palliative Care Coalition and Tiffin Company, Inc and is a past board member of the Rotary International Club of Santa Cruz.

Virginia Turezyn, Vice President and Member of the Board

Ms. Turezyns background includes more than 25 years of technology investing, strategic planning, finance and executive management experience focusing on emerging market sectors in software, internet and services. Virginia was most recently Managing Director and Co-Head of a new private equity technology initiative in Palo Alto, CA for American Capital. Previously, Virginia spent 3 years in New York City with Constellation Ventures II, a digital media, internet and communications focused Fund. In the mid 1990s, Virginia was a co-founder and partner in Information Technology Ventures (ITV) and a successor Fund, Infinity Capital. She assisted in raising 3 funds totaling over $400 million targeted at early stage technology venture investing over a 9 year span. Her finance background includes starting her career as a CPA and auditor at Ernst & Young and in Finance, Planning and Analytics at Morgan Stanley prior to her success as a venture capitalist and private equity investor. Virginia has a B.A. in Accounting from Queens College and is a CPA emeritus in NY. Virginia has been named to the Forbes Midas List and has been recognized by Money Magazine as one of the Smartest Women in the Money Business. She has been a Registered Representative (Series 7) and enjoys helping women in business independently and through the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs and Executives and the Womens Initiative for Self Employment.

Renee Courington, Vice President and Member of the Board

Ms. Courington has a strong entrepreneurial background with more than twenty years of experience in services and technology start-ups. Ms. Courington is the Founder and former CEO of All Covered (www.allcovered.com), the nations largest provider of outsourced IT services for small business. Ms. Courington was instrumental in building out a nationwide footprint for All Covered in the highly fragmented small business IT marketplace. Previously, Ms. Courington worked in the high tech industry, covering marketing, sales, product development, customer service, technical support, project management, strategic planning, and budgeting. She was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the childrens division of Sanctuary Woods, an educational software developer in San Mateo, California. There, she handled extensive contract negotiation and relationship management for licensing agreements with the National Football League, Major League Baseball and The National Hockey League. Ms. Courington also held marketing management positions at Macromedia and RasterOps. Ms. Courington holds a B.S. in Economics/Finance from the University of Alabama, and is an active volunteer with Girls Scouts and The Shelter Networks homeless shelters for families.
